Ultimate Staffing is hiring an Equipment Engineer to work onsite at our customers' site in Fort Worth Texas.

Position Summary

Maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of SMT machines in PCBA processes. Provides technical support to production and other related functions.

Key Responsibilities

· In charge of the regular or class II machine maintenance.

· In charge of equipment repair and troubleshooting.

· Weekly meeting with the machine vendors and collaboration with the team to create report for any related issue of the machine.

· Maintain machine in normal operation condition.

· In charge of machine installation and line set up.

· Train newly arrive Engineer and technicians for related SMT/ DIP machines operation, programming, maintenance & troubleshooting.

· Collaboration with other depart for production meeting for daily machine and quality issues.

· Creation of Procedure or Work Instruction of the newly acquired machines.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field

· Minimum 2 years of experience in other similar engineering job, including hands-on involvement in product design, testing, development and manufacturing processes.

· Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to identify complex technical issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.

· Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects from start to finish, including defining project scope, creating project plans, allocating resources, and tracking progress.
